What would have happened to Imran Khan if he boycotted the election like BNP

Imran Khan is at the center of discussion in Pakistani politics at the moment. He may not come to power. But it is not possible to keep Imran Khan away from the discussion of power. But if he had not come to the election thinking of obstacles, then maybe his discussion would have been lost in the darkness of the jail.

Senior journalist Golam Mortuza thinks that this is the biggest gain of Imran Khan after coming to the election. Comparing with BNP, he said, BNP would have benefited by boycotting the election if they could have thwarted the election itself. And if the elections were not boycotted, at least Khaleda Zia would have been in discussion in politics. At least BNP would have been in a better condition if it had gone to the elections.

However, Ghulam Mortuza said that he is thinking like this only after the return of Imran Khan in Pakistan elections. As such, it can be said that this year's election in Pakistan has given rise to a new thought in the minds of Bangladeshi politicians and intellectuals.
